Hi AdeLove, please keep me anonymous. My name is… I’m the only daughter to a popular politician in FCT. Do you think it’s proper stooping so low dating an UBER Driver?
Last weekend, i had some friends in town. My Personal Driver wasn’t around, so i arranged for Uber. On Sunday, we went to SilverBird watching one of the latest movies released. My friend requested an Uber, and she remarked “Hey, our driver looks kind of hot, masculine and sexy.” When he showed up, we found that even his picture didn’t do him justice. He looked like he was in his late 20s. Tall, a perfect smile, and flawless 10-2 hands placement on the wheel of his car.
The ride was officially 2.57 km and officially took only 16 minutes. But in those 2.57 km and 16 minutes, I experienced a lifetime’s worth of desire. We talked of music and security in Nigeria, I wanted to tell him to just keep driving us around the city all night, surge pricing be damned. But we arrived at our destination and I knew the fairy tale was over. The Toyota Car had to turn back into a pumpkin. He wistfully said, “I haven’t been out on the this area in so long” and I was tempted to ask him to join us, but instead I said “See ya”. My friends and I spent the next two hours talking about how amazing he was. I gave him five stars, making me regret every 5 star review I’d given before.
I know he might be reading this on AdeLove. Please write to AdeLove if you are the Uber guy that drove 3 of us and we spoke about some schools in UK. I really love to meet you again and be closer than a normal friend. I can’t hold this anymore. Could this be true love or infatuation?

I think this is out of my jurisdiction baby girl so I’d rather leave it to Grace and the fans. I wish you all the best dear and I hope he reaches out to you soon.
Truth be told, reading this question was exhilarating. But dearie, when you had the chance, why didn’t you invite him to join you girls? You would have still retained your dignity, and you would have had time to know him better, to be more informed about his personality.
But then, you do know this is not love, right? This is a case of infatuation (crush), and it sometimes leads to love, if it is groomed. Infatuation or not, the guy you described is hot and worth going after. His financial status or place on the society’s ladder, really should not deter you from going after him, if he is what you want. However, due to the sensitive nature of your father’s status, I would advise you are careful in meeting with strangers for the first time. Make sure you meet people in an open place and possibly in company of your friends, for first time meetings.
